Set Up Team-Based Billing

For Brands: Create billing profiles, assign teams, and control credit access.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

Billing profiles let you organize billing and budgets by team or sub-brand within a single QuickFrame account. You can create separate billing profiles with their own billing details and credit balances, assign teams to the right profile, and control which credits each team can access.

Who it's for

This setup is especially useful for agencies and multi-brand organizations that need clear financial ownership without managing multiple accounts.

Add Billing Profiles

Team-Based Billing lets organizations create separate billing setups for different teams or sub-brands within a single account. Billing profiles can be used to manage different billing addresses, payment details, or budget ownership by team or brand, making it easier to track spend and maintain financial clarity. This structure helps agencies and multi-brand organizations keep budgets clearly separated without the complexity of managing multiple accounts.

💡 Pro Tip: We recommend agencies managing multiple brands create one billing profile per brand. This makes it easier to allocate budgets intentionally and ensure one brand doesn't use credits intended for another.

To add billing profiles:

  1. Log in to QuickFrame Marketplace.

  2. In the bottom left, click on your Profile.

  3. Click on the Billing tab.

  4. In the Billing Profiles box, click Add +.

  5. Complete the Profile and Billing Contact Information fields.

💡 Pro Tip: Name billing profiles after the team or brand they support. Clear naming makes it easier to select the right profile and avoids confusion as your organization grows.

  6. Click Create Billing Profile.

    A successful creation notification appears.

  7. Complete required billing details:

    1. Setup a payment method.

      1. In the Credit Card box, click Edit.

      2. Click Add Credit Card +.

      3. Complete the fields and click Save.

As teams or brands change, periodically review billing profiles and assignments to ensure budgets and billing details stay aligned.

Assign a Team to a Billing Profile

To control which credits a team can access, assign the team to a billing profile:

  1. From your profile, click on the Teams tab.

  2. Choose a team by clicking on it.

  3. In the top right, click Edit Profile.

  4. Under Billing Profile, select a billing profile from the dropdown.

  5. Enter a team email address if one is not already present.

⚠️ Warning: The team profile won't save unless an email address is added.

  6. Click Save Profile.

Transfer Credits Between Billing Profiles

Organization admins can transfer Creative Credits between billing profiles to control how credits are used across teams or sub-brands.

Credits are assigned to billing profiles, not directly to teams. Any team associated with a billing profile can use the credits available on that profile.

Considerations:

  • Credit transfers are available to organization admins only

  • Credits can't be transferred across organizations

  • Credit availability depends on your active partner programs

How it works:

  1. Credits are delivered to a primary billing profile.
Creative Credits are typically issued to your main organization or agency billing profile.

  2. Admins distribute credits across billing profile.
Organization admins can transfer a specific amount of credits from one billing profile to another to support individual teams or brands.

From the Billing tab, next to Billing Profiles, click Transfer credits.

  3. Teams can only use credits on their assigned billing profile.
Teams only have access to credits available on the billing profile they’re assigned to. If multiple teams share the same billing profile, they share access to those credits.

  4. Credits are shown by eligible program.
You’ll only see credit options for programs your organization participates in. For example, if you’re part of the MNTN program, only MNTN credits will appear.
