Overview
QuickFrame supports both credit card payments and invoicing for eligible accounts. From your Billing settings, you can add or update a credit card, manage how charges are processed, or request invoicing if your account qualifies. This flexibility lets you choose the payment method that works best for how your business operates.
Update Your Credit Card
When providing us with your credit card information, please make sure the card you are using has suitable credit limits for the projects you are submitting to Marketplace.
We accept all major credit cards and do not store any of your credit card information.
To update your credit card information:
Log in to QuickFrame Marketplace.
In the bottom left, click on your Profile.
Click on the Billing tab.
Click Credit Card.
Click Edit.
Your card will be charged upon accepting a Video professional Bid. The main contact on your account will receive a credit card receipt.
If for some reason there is an issue with the credit card on file, and we can't charge you successfully, the system will automatically re-try the card up to 3 times. If the card run continues to be unsuccessful, you will be asked to add an additional payment method.
Once you update the credit card on file within the platform, the payment will be re-run automatically.
If the bill has been successfully paid, you can view it in your account by navigating to the Billing section.
Request invoice billing
Invoicing is available for eligible accounts. You can request invoice billing by contacting QuickFrame Support through the in-app support feature. QuickFrame will review your company information to confirm eligibility.
⚠️Warning: If your account is set up for invoicing, please make sure that no credit card information is saved in your billing settings. If a credit card is on file, the system will automatically charge the card—even if you’re eligible for invoicing.
Once approved, remove any saved credit card details from your account to ensure future charges are processed via invoice.
