Overview
You can manage all billing information directly within your QuickFrame Marketplace account. From your profile, you can update credit card details, manage billing contacts, view your billing history, and create multiple billing profiles to support different teams or sub-brands.
QuickFrame issues charges when you award a project to a Video Professional. Invoices typically follow Net 30 payment terms and are sent to the billing contacts associated with the relevant billing profile.
Manage Billing Information
Access it
Log in to QuickFrame.
Click on your Profile in the bottom left.
Click Billing.
Add a billing address
On the right-hand side of the Billing tab:

View billing history
You can view your full billing history directly in the Billing tab. Under Billing History, all past transactions and invoices will appear.
If you are on invoicing terms, you can view, download, or share each invoice as needed.
