Overview

The Statement of Work (SOW) is a downloadable PDF that summarizes the scope, deliverables, costs, and payment details for a QuickFrame Marketplace project. It can be used for accounting, invoicing, and internal records.

An SOW is generated automatically when an eligible project is awarded. The download option appears only for projects that support SOW generation.

Why it matters

QuickFrame Marketplace agreements are accepted through website terms at bid acceptance rather than signed contracts.

The SOW provides:

  • A consistent record of what was purchased

  • Clear documentation for finance workflows

  • A single source of truth for awarded scope and cost

This keeps projects simple while still meeting internal documentation needs.

How it works

When a bid is awarded for an eligible QuickFrame Marketplace project, an SOW is automatically generated.

The SOW captures a snapshot of the project at the time the bid is awarded, including:

  • The production package selected

  • Included services and deliverables

  • Any add ons selected during project creation

  • Total project cost and payment details

The SOW is stored with the project and can be downloaded as a PDF.

Before you Begin

  • Before downloading an SOW, confirm that the bid has been awarded.

  • If a project is not eligible for SOW generation, the Download SOW option will not appear.

Download a SOW

  1. Log in to QuickFrame Marketplace.

  2. On the project dashboard, click on a project.

  3. Click View Statement of Work.

The SOW downloads to your desktop.

Fix it

If you don't see the SOW button, this usually means the project is not eligible for an SOW. Only projects created after SOW generation was enabled are eligible for a downloadable Statement of Work.

Also, ensure that the project bid has been awarded.
