Overview

Ready to kick off your next big idea? Creating a project is simple, fast, and totally doable in just a few steps. Learn how below.

How to

  1. Log in to QuickFrame Marketplace.

  2. In the top-right, click New Project +.

  3. Browse production packages.

Production packages set your project scope by clearly defining services and deliverables for each content type, timeline, and creative need — whether for live action, user-generated content (UGC), or animation.

If you’re part of a partner program (MNTN, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn), specific partner production packages will automatically populate.

💡 Pro Tip: Use Quickview to see production package details.

  4. Click Start here → on your chosen production package.

  5. Enter a Project Title.

Once submitted, project names can't be edited, so choose carefully.

⚠️ Warning: Project titles can contain only letters and numbers (no special characters or symbols).

  6. Click Save & Continue.

  7. Enter your brief elements.

  8. Click Review Project →.

  9. Click Submit Project.

  10. Click Close.

Understand Brief Elements

Thumbnail

A small preview image that represents your project and helps you quickly identify it in QuickFrame. Choose an image that clearly reflects the creative or brand for the project.

File Manager

Upload examples of videos you like and/or dislike. Add notes on what you like or don't like about each one to guide creative direction.

You can upload files from your computer, a Web Address, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

Bidding End Date

Set a Bidding End Date so video pros have time to review your creative brief, ask questions (if needed), and submit a competitive bid. The bidding window starts when you submit your project and stays open until your Bidding End Date. All projects require a minimum 3-day bidding window (bidding dates must be at least 3 days after submission). Allowing more time typically results in more qualified bids, while rushing can limit your video pro pool and impact output quality.

Due Date

Indicate when you need your final deliverable(s). Be realistic and factor in review and revision time.

Allow enough time after the bidding window closes for pre-production, production, and post-production work and revisions to take place.

Language

Specify the language(s) required for the video, voiceover, or on-screen text. Be sure to note if translations or subtitles are needed.

Location

If a specific location is required for a shoot, please indicate the primary location or region your content will need to be created in. If there is no live action shoot or specific location required, please select 'No Specific Location'.

Project Description

Explain what your project is about, what you are aiming to achieve, and who your target audience is.

Services

Use Add Services + in the project brief to customize your package with additional services or deliverables. For every included or added service, add notes with your creative direction, ideal messaging, and any requirements so the video pro has clear guidance to deliver your vision.

Deliverables

The deliverables are the final video edits you will receive upon project completion. Each deliverable displays its type and length.
