Manage Deadlines

For Video Pros: keep your project on track to meet brand due dates.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

Each project on QuickFrame Marketplace includes a due date set by the brand. As the Video Pro, it's critical that you review this due date before bidding on the project to ensure you can deliver everything required within that timeframe.

Responsibilities

You are expected to plan and pace your work according to the due date.

This includes:

  • Building your own internal schedule for production, revisions, and final delivery.

  • Proactively communicating key milestones with the brand.

  • Ensuring your services and deliverables are submitted in time for brand review and feedback.

Review Deadlines

Before accepting a project, carefully review the brand’s selected due date. If you bid on a project, you're confirming that you can deliver on time. Delays can affect future opportunities on the platform.

When to start

The project officially begins once you click Start Project. We recommend starting as soon as possible after being awarded the bid to make the most of your time.

Stay on track

To help ensure a smooth process:

  • Deliver drafts and services for review early when possible.

  • Allow time for brand feedback and revisions.

Meeting the due date is essential for maintaining trust with brands and staying in good standing on the platform.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’re ever unsure about the timeline or encounter delays, communicate early and clearly with the brand through the Activity Log.
