Overview
All QuickFrame production packages include digital usage rights in perpetuity.
π Note: If your package is through a MNTN Creative Program, your creative can't be run on other Connected TV (CTV) platforms outside of MNTN.
Important To Know
Discuss broadcast rights early β Early alignment makes it easier to negotiate.
All parties are responsible for negotiating, securing, and finalizing broadcast usage rights β QuickFrame does not procure or manage these rights.
Rights after the video is produced can still be secured β pricing and flexibility are more limited.
Use a contract β A mutually agreed, signed contract outlining broadcast-usage terms and conditions is strongly recommended.
Templates: QuickFrame does not provide contract templates.
Where to upload: After signature, upload the contract to the Broadcast Rights Custom Service for brand review and signature.
