Before any filming or editing begins, your project will go through pre-production – the planning phase where key creative and logistical decisions are made. Your Video professional will prep all pre-production services such as concepts, scripts, music or voiceover options, etc. based on your brief. You’ll get a chance to review and approve everything before production starts.

Once you select a video pro:
Video Professional starts services.
The video pro gets started on pre-production work.Review services.
You’ll be notified when services are ready for your review.Leave feedback.
You'll provide feedback or approve services to move keep progressing.Review revisions.
Once all services are approved, pre-production will complete and your project moves into productionApprove services.
Once the materials meet your expectations, mark the service as Approved.After all services are approved, your project will automatically move into pre-production complete.
Provide brand feedback
You can leave feedback on each pre-production service directly within the platform.
To ensure your feedback is helpful and easy to act on:

Be specific and reference any relevant details or brand guidelines.
Make sure feedback is consolidated from all stakeholders before submitting.
Submit your notes in a timely manner to keep things moving forward.
