Overview
Update your personal details, profile photo, team or company information, and notification preferences in a few quick steps. Keeping your profile and settings up to date ensures you receive the right project opportunities and stay connected to your work.
Access My Profile
Click the lower-left inital icon.
The My Profile tab opens.
What you can edit
In the My Profile section, you can update the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
💡 Pro Tip: After making any changes, make sure to click the Save Profile button to ensure your updates are saved.
Upload a profile photo
In the My Profile tab:
Click the profile photo or initials icon.
Select Upload Photo from the options.
Choose an image file from your device (supported formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF). Adjust or crop the image as needed.
Click Save Profile.
💡 Pro Tip: A clear, high-resolution image will display best across the platform.
Update Your Email Notification Preferences
New project notifications help you stay aware of opportunities across the QuickFrame Marketplace. However, not every project is relevant to every Video Professional.
You can control which new project email alerts you receive, so your inbox reflects the work you actually want to pursue. This helps reduce notification fatigue while ensuring you never miss the right opportunities.
📝 Note: You'll continue to receive all in-product notifications, which aren't affected by email notification settings.
In the My Profile tab:
Scroll down to Notification Settings.
Choose your preferred notification setup. To:
receive alerts for all project types, leave all project types selected.
receive alerts for specific project types, select or deselect the project types you want:
Live Action
Animation
Post-Production
Other
turn off all new project email alerts, toggle off New Project email notifications.
Your changes are saved automatically.
Reset your notification preferences
To return to the default experience:
From the My Profile tab, scroll down to Navigation Settings.
Click Reset to defaults.
This will turn on email alerts for all new project types.
Update Your Team Information
In My Profile, the Teams tab allows you to manage key information about your company, including your company name, logo, and more.
This is where you can add your website, location, languages, and more. You can also upload previous work examples to showcase on your Profile.
Click the profile photo or initials icon.
Click Teams.
Edit team information
Within the Teams tab, you can edit your Profile.
Update your Company Name
Add or edit your Logo or Profile Photo
Tell us a little about your company
Add any additional key information such your location or languages.
Upload a profile logo
Click Teams.
Click the profile photo or initials icon.
Upload a file (supports PNG, JPG, and GIF), and crop as needed.
Click Save.
