After production (filming or editing) is complete, your Video professional will begin editing the content into your expected deliverables. At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback.

Each project includes three rounds of post-production review and feedback. After approval, there is one more round of uploading, where your video pro will upload final deliverables for you to download.

Once editing begins, your video pro will upload the initial versions of your deliverables to the platform.

You will receive a notification when deliverables are ready for your review. Navigate to the Feedback section to review and provide notes each deliverable.

Please ensure all stakeholder feedback is consolidated and provided

succinctly in the feedback section within a timely manner. Once you have provided feedback notes, click Request Changes.

📝 Note: If you anticipate any delays in providing feedback or approval, notify your video pro via the Project Activity Log to help keep timelines aligned.

The video pro will review your feedback notes and apply revisions as requested.

Once edits are made, you will have a chance to review the updated deliverables. You can either approve the deliverables, or leave additional feedback for further changes.

After approval, your video pro will upload the finalized deliverables for your download.
