Post-Production Process Overview
After production (filming or editing) is complete, your Maker will begin editing the content into your expected deliverables. At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback.
📝 Feedback Rounds
The number of feedback rounds included in your project depends on your production package. You can determine which feedback round you are on by navigating to Deliverables.
🛠 Post-Production Workflow
Below is the typical post-production process from rough cuts to final approval:
1. Maker Shares Deliverables
Once editing begins, your Maker will upload the initial versions of your deliverables to the platform.
2. Brand Reviews & Provides Feedback
You will receive a notification when deliverables are ready for your review. Navigate to the Feedback section to review and provide notes each deliverable.
Please ensure all stakeholder feedback is consolidated and provided
succinctly in the feedback section within a timely manner. Once you have provided feedback notes, click Request Changes.
If you anticipate any delays in providing feedback or approval, notify your Maker via the Project Activity Log to help keep timelines aligned.
3. Maker Applies Requested Changes
The Maker will review your feedback notes and apply revisions as requested.
4. Brand Reviews Again
Once edits are made, you will have a chance to review the updated deliverables. You can either:
Approve the deliverables, or
Leave additional feedback for further changes.
⚠️ The number of post-production feedback rounds varies by production package. If you’re unsure how many rounds are included in your package, or if you’d like to request an additional round of review, please reach out to QuickFrame Support.
5. Final Delivery
After approval, your Maker will upload the finalized deliverables for your download.
6. Download Your Videos
To download:
Open the deliverable
Click Download Video
Deliverable Status
Your deliverable status reflects the status of your final deliverables.
Not Started: Does not require an upload.
Pending: Waiting on your Maker to upload the first rough cut.
Ready for Review: Deliverables are ready for your review.
Changes Sent: You have provided feedback to the Maker, and they are editing.
Complete: You have approved the final deliverables.
