Duplicate a Project

For brands: duplicate an existing project brief to save time and resubmit with updates.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Duplicating an existing project saves time by carrying over your key project details so you can update what's changed and resubmit, without starting from scratch. This is especially useful for brands that run projects with similar deliverables.

How it works

When you duplicate a project, the following information carries over:

  • Title (with a COPY - prefix added automatically)

  • Project description

  • Project tags (language, location)

  • Brand notes and reference files associated with any project services

How To

  1. Within your project dashboard, find the project you want to duplicate.

  2. On the right side of the project card, click the kebab icon.

  3. Select Duplicate.

  4. Rename the project and click Save & Continue.

  5. Optionally, review your duplicated project brief and update any details.

πŸ“ Note: QuickFrame periodically updates the services and deliverables included in production packages. If you duplicate an older project, it will automatically align with the most current services and deliverables available. Review your duplicated project brief before submitting.

  6. Click Review Project β†’.
