Overview
All QuickFrame production packages include digital usage rights in-perpetuity. This means you own your deliverables and can use them across digital platforms forever.
What Are Digital Rights?
Digital rights allow you to use your creative content on online and digital platforms such as CTV, social media, and paid digital advertising.
What Are Broadcast Rights?
Broadcast rights allow you to use your content on traditional media channels, such as television and radio.
Digital Rights (Included)
All QuickFrame production packages include digital rights in perpetuity. This means:
You own the final deliverables produced.
You can use them on any digital platform (such as CTV, social media, and paid digital advertising).
These rights are yours forever, they never expire.
This ensures you get lasting value from your creative content with no hidden restrictions.
๐ Note: If your package is through a MNTN Creative Program, your creative cannot be run on other Connected TV (CTV) platforms outside of MNTN.
Broadcast Rights (Optional Add-On)
Broadcast rights are not included in your production package. If needed, you can add-on Broadcast Rights to your package for an additional cost.
When requesting broadcast rights, please include the following in the Notes section of the service:
Target duration โ how long the ad will run (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). This is the biggest factor in cost.
Target budget โ helps the Video Pro understand whatโs realistic.
Geo specifications โ where the ad will run (local or national).
๐ Note: Video Pros will review your brief knowing youโd like broadcast rights, and will bid with those costs factored in.
Important to Know
The earlier you discuss broadcast rights, the easier it is to negotiate rates with talent, agencies, etc.
You can still secure rights after the video is produced, but pricing and flexibility are more limited.
Itโs up to you (the brand) and Video Pro to negotiate, secure, and finalize broadcast usage rights. QuickFrame does not manage these rights.
A signed contract between you (the brand) and Video Pro is highly recommended. The contract should outline terms and conditions, and be uploaded to the Custom Service for review and signature.
