Overview
QuickFrame Marketplace's in-app support, helps you receive personalized assistance from our support team or peruse the many articles detailing our platform’s capabilities.
Your in-app support window has three primary sections:
Messages
Help
Ask a question
Open the In-App Support
In your dashboard:
Ask a question
Feel free to ask any Marketplace-related questions via the Ask a Question field. QuickFrame's AI will generate the answers alongside relevant articles for immediate assistance. The AI pulls answers directly from the Help Center, so you don't have to search around to find what you're looking for.
From the blue icon menu:
Another way to ask a question is to:
Click Messages.
Click Ask a question.
You'll then be routed to QuickFrame's AI, which will generate the answers alongside relevant articles for immediate assistance.
Once the answer is provided, you will be presented with two options:
That Helped: select That Helped if you no longer need help.
Talk to a Person: select Talk to a Person to contact the QuickFrame Support team for personalized support, whether for further explanation, guidance, or perspective.
Get help
When you click Help, a new page will display our Help Center's collection of articles to delve deeper into a specific subject.
From the blue icon menu:
Click Help.
Type into the search bar.
This can be a keyword, phrase, or question to find relevant articles on the topic you want to understand.
View messages
The Messages tab houses all of your past and current conversations, whether that conversation ended with AI-generated answers or whether you got in contact with the QuickFrame Support team.

Submit a request
You can contact a QuickFrame Support team member at any point by typing submit a request. To route your request efficiently, we ask that you submit a few details about your request. Our team will then get back to you within 1 business hour.
From the blue icon menu:
Click Ask a question.
Type Submit a request.
This will prompt the AI to contact a QuickFrame Support team member.
📝 Note: Your requests will always be found within the Messages section of your in-app support window.
