Each project includes an Activity Log, your primary channel for communicating directly with your video professional. This is where you can ask questions and stay up to date on the progress of your project.
You’ll be able to start messaging your video pro in the Activity Log once you’ve awarded the project and the video pro has started working on it. Communication through the Activity Log is not available before the project officially starts.
