When exporting videos, the export specifications must align with the platform in order to avoid upload errors. Please use the below guide to ensure the videos you create are in line with MNTN's export specifications.
Frame Rate & Audio Requirements
In order to avoid network denial of the creative, all frames need to be the same frame rate.
Frame rate is determined when the video is created and exported in the platform you’re utilizing to create videos. If you need to adjust the frame rate, please export the original file at the proper frame rate that aligns with MNTN's requirements.
Audio is required for CTV creatives to be approved and successfully serve impressions across all of our network partners.
