Manage and Update Your Maker Profile Information

You can easily access and update your profile details in just a few steps.


How to Access My Profile

  1. Navigate to the lower-left corner of your screen.

  2. Click on your initials or profile photo—this will open the My Profile tab.

What You Can Edit

In the My Profile section, you can update the following information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

Note: After making any changes, make sure to click the Save Profile button to ensure your updates are saved.

How to Upload a Profile Photo

  1. In the My Profile tab, click on your current profile photo or initials icon.

  2. Select Upload Photo from the options.

  3. Choose an image file from your device (supported formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF).

  4. Adjust or crop the image as needed.

  5. Click Save to upload your new profile photo.


Updating and Managing Your Team Information

In My Profile, the Teams tab allows you to manage key information about your production company, including your company name, logo, and more. This is where you can add your website, location, languages, and more. You can also upload previous work examples to showcase on your Profile.

Accessing the Teams Tab

  1. Click on your initials or profile photo in the lower-left corner of the screen to open the My Profile panel.

  2. At the top of the profile panel, switch to the Teams tab.

Editing Team Information

Within the Teams tab, you can edit your Maker Profile.

  • Update your Company Name

  • Add or edit your Logo or Profile Photo

  • Tell us a little about your production company

  • Add any additional key information such your location or languages.

Uploading or Updating a Logo

  1. In the Teams tab, locate the initials (circle) and select the edit icon.

  2. Click Upload Logo or the existing logo image.

  3. Choose a file from your device (supports PNG, JPG, and GIF).

  4. Crop or resize as needed.

  5. Click Save.
