With Marketplace, you can apply to projects that align with your style, skill set, and schedule, and collaborate seamlessly with brands of all sizes. Marketplace streamlines logistics like pre-production, feedback, approvals — so you can focus on the work, not the workflow.

How to

  1. Create an account in QuickFrame Marketplace.
Once logged in, set up your account and begin onboarding.

  2. Complete your profile.

  3. Click Edit Profile.

  4. Enter your profile elements.

  5. Click Save Profile.

Upload a Video Asset

Add video examples to your Marketplace profile to showcase your capabilities and help brands understand the kind of work you do.

Every video you upload can be tagged by platform (e.g., MNTN, YouTube), industry (e.g., retail, tech), and skill (e.g., UGC, animation). These tags help us recommend you for projects that align with your strengths.

💡 Pro Tip: Upload at least 3–5 strong work examples to your profile. You can continue adding to your profile over time.

  1. Click Team.

  2. Click +Add Video.
Drag and Drop, or Browse to select your file.

  3. Once your video is ready, click Edit.

  4. Add your video details and click Save.

Add video examples to project bids

Once your videos are in your profile, you can easily attach them to any bid:

  1. When applying to a project, look for the “Add Work Samples” section.

  2. Choose relevant videos from your profile.

  3. Add a short explanation of why each example is a good fit for the project.

This saves you time and strengthens your proposals, helping brands quickly connect your experience with their needs.

No, at this time video examples cannot be deleted from your profile. However, you can replace the video example with a new video file.

What are the paid periods?

You’ll be paid NET30, meaning within 30 days after the project has completed. No guesswork—just clear, reliable timing so you can plan with confidence. Payments are initiated only after the project reaches 'Complete' status.

Payment process

Let’s break it down:

  • All payments are made in USD.

    • Your budget does not include international transfer fees, exchange rates, or related banking costs.

  • International video professionals: Choose from ACH, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.

What if I go over budget?

It happens, but here’s the deal:

  • You’re in control: Any additional expenses (crew, gear, meals, hard drives, etc.) are your responsibility so make sure to budget wisely!

  • All customer requested overages must be routed through and discussed with QuickFrame.

    • If you don’t flag overages ahead of time, they may not be reimbursed.

What are the certifications that I need?

Marketplace General Certification

This certification focuses on Marketplace fundamentals — everything from navigating the platform to understanding client needs and producing standout video content. Earning a general certification signals that you know how to work effectively in Marketplace and are ready to take on more projects.

This certification is required to be eligible for projects on Marketplace.

Partner certifications

These are specific to channel partners such as MNTN, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn. Completing a partner certification gives you access to projects from that partner.
