Overview
You can manage all billing information directly within your QuickFrame Marketplace account. From your profile, you can update credit card details, manage billing contacts, and view your billing history.
QuickFrame issues charges when you award a project to a Video Professional. Invoices typically follow Net 30 payment terms and are sent to your designated billing contacts.
To access or update your billing information, navigate to My Profile > Billing.

Payment Methods
QuickFrame supports both credit card payments and invoicing. Invoicing is available for eligible accounts.
To request invoicing, please contact QuickFrame Support. Once your request is received, our team will review your company information to confirm eligibility.
Credit Card
When providing us with your credit card information, please make sure the card you are using has suitable credit limits for the projects you are submitting to Marketplace.
We accept all major credit cards and do not store any of your credit card information.
To update your credit card information, navigate to My Profile>Billing>Credit Card and click 'Edit'.
Invoice
You can request invoice billing by contacting QuickFrame Support through the in-app support feature. QuickFrame will review your company information to confirm eligibility.
⚠️Warning: If your account is set up for invoicing, please make sure that no credit card information is saved in your billing settings. If a credit card is on file, the system will automatically charge the card—even if you’re eligible for invoicing.
Once approved, remove any saved credit card details from your account to ensure future charges are processed via invoice.
Billing History
You can view your full billing history directly in the Billing tab. Under Billing History, all past transactions and invoices will appear.
If you are on invoicing terms, you can view, download, or share each invoice as needed.
