Overview

Once production is complete, whether that’s filming or asset collection, your next step is editing the final deliverables.

Here’s how the post-production phase typically flows:

1. Share Initial Deliverables

Upload the first version(s) of the deliverables to the platform once editing is complete.

2. Brand Reviews & Requests Changes

The brand will be notified that deliverables are ready for review. They’ll leave feedback in the Feedback section of each deliverable.

3. Apply Requested Changes

Once feedback is in and the brand clicks Request Changes, you will be notified. Review their notes and apply the necessary revisions.

📝 Note: Each project includes three rounds of post-production review and feedback.

4. Upload Updated Deliverables

After making changes, upload the revised deliverables for another round of review.

The brand will then have the option to:

  • Approve the deliverables

  • Or request additional changes

⚠️ Warning: Keep all revisions and approvals within the platform. Work completed outside of QuickFrame Marketplace is not guaranteed to be paid out.

5. Final Approval & Delivery

Once all deliverables are approved, you will need to upload the final versions. These files will be available for the brand to download directly from the platform. This step is required to complete the project.

Deliverable Status

Deliverable status reflects the status of your final deliverables.

  • Upload Video: you need to upload deliverables.

  • Uploaded: you have uploaded deliverables, but have not submitted for review.

  • Sent for Review: you have sent the deliverables for brand review.

  • Changes Requested: the brand has provided feedback and requested changes.

  • Complete: the brand has approved deliverables.
