As a Maker, the post-production phase is where your creative vision takes final shape. This guide walks you through the post-production process on the QuickFrame platform, how brands submit feedback, and how deliverable statuses reflect progress.

In this article, we will review:

Post-Production Workflow

Once production is complete, whether that’s filming or asset collection, your next step is editing the final deliverables and managing client feedback. Here’s how the post-production flow typically works from your side:

1️⃣ Share Initial Deliverables

Upload the first version(s) of the deliverables to the platform once editing is complete.

Check out Upload Deliverables for a step-by-step on how to upload deliverables for brand review.

2️⃣ Brand Reviews & Submits Feedback

The brand will be notified that deliverables are ready for review. They’ll leave feedback in the Feedback section of each deliverable.

3️⃣ Apply Requested Changes

Once feedback is in and the brand clicks Request Changes, you will be notified. Review their notes and apply the necessary revisions.

⚠️ The number of feedback rounds is determined by the brand’s production package. If the brand requests additional feedback rounds outside of the agreed scope, they are instructed to contact QuickFrame Support.

4️⃣ Upload Updated Deliverables

After making changes, upload the revised deliverables for another round of review.

The brand will then have the option to:

  • Approve the deliverables

  • Or request additional changes

5️⃣ Final Approval & Delivery

Once all deliverables are approved, you will need to upload the final versions. These files will be available for the brand to download directly from the platform. This upload will complete the project.

6️⃣ Brand Downloads Final Videos

The brand can open each deliverable and click Download Video to access their files.

Feedback Rounds

Feedback rounds are package-dependent. You can check which round the project is in by navigating to the Deliverables tab.

If you're unsure how many rounds are available, or if the brand appears to exceed the allotted number, advise them to contact QuickFrame Support for clarification or escalation.

Deliverable Status

Deliverable status reflects the status of your final deliverables.

  • Upload Video: you need to upload deliverables.

  • Uploaded: you have uploaded deliverables, but have not submitted for review.

  • Sent for Review: you have sent the deliverables for brand review.

  • Changes Requested: the brand has provided feedback and requested changes.

  • Complete: the brand has approved deliverables.
